​Ninilchik Health & Wellness Club

Our mission is to give everyone the opportunity to exercise and be healthy.

We're more than just a gym. We're dedicated to providing our members with exceptional equipment, professional services, and a respectful environment.

 

The Ninilchik Health Club is an organization owned and operated by the Ninilchik Traditional Council (NTC). We started with a small diabetes prevention grant that allowed us to purchase some exercise equipment. Working with the Kenai Peninsula Fair Association, we were able to be in the Chinook Bay building, formerly the roller rink, for five years. We cleared out every August in time for the biggest little fair in Alaska. We are very grateful for the partnership with the Fair that started this journey in creating a healthy community.

 

In 2009, NTC purchased our very own building! Located behind Three Bears, the building previously housed Ninilchik's finest dentist, Dr. Zoubek. We opened our new location in January of 2010, and the rest is history, so they say.

 

We are continuously improving the Club with new equipment and more amenities. We work hard to make this a clean, welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels.
